The goal of our CCCS housing counselors is to keep you from getting financially overwhelmed so that your finances stay healthy and you can remain a renter comfortably or reach your goal of homeownership sooner rather than later.

ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions is a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intermediary agency (approved to deliver housing counseling nationwide). HUD enforces renters’ rights, ensuring that landlords and realtors do not discriminate based on religion, familial status, handicap, sex, race, color, or national origin. If you’ve recently tried to rent or purchase a home, and feel that these rights were violated, we can help you to file a fair housing complaint.

If you’re no longer interested in leasing property, and wish to purchase a home instead, we offer both prospective homebuyer and credit counseling services. Thanks to the support of both private and public funding, these services are currently provided at no charge.
