Our CCCS is overseen by a volunteer board of directors.
The board works closely with the ClearPoint’s senior management or officers.
Although based in Richmond, VA, many of CCCS’s employees–from customer service representatives to credit counselors, marketing specialists, and IT techs–work from our branch offices around the country.
